Nicely done.  Still plenty to do, but thats a good thing.  I've been working on my own layout since late 2020 and always seem to find room for improvement or to ad an accessory or little scene.

Looks like construction mode is mostly table top at different levels, with a very few grades between. So much for L girder construction!

 

Wish i'd thought of this; I have tried to jigsaw cut track boards to my plan, and fill in with scenery on cardboard webbing and plaster impregnated gauze. This looks like a whole lot easier; admittedly, it might have limited the track plan to something less realistic, but I could have easily made that trade.
