Some of the guys on my Lionel Face Book groups were upset about my lack of pier supports

The pier supports to my upper level were secured by screws on the inner side and weee quite secure  However several guys on my Face Book Lionel groups were upset at the lack of a support on the outer edge So I used my coping saw to cut supports secured to the underside with metal plates .Looks better now .

I agree with smokey1.  You are the owner of the railroad.  I assume that you don't report to a board of directors, or stock holders.  So, if you are happy, tough nuggies to others who are nit picking you.

Nice work on your fix, and it does look a bit better.
