I took a look at the 3:00 minute mark and I can't what ship it is either, but what REALLY caught my eye was the "Reginald Denny Hobby Shop" at the 3:30 mark.
Yes, THAT Reginald Denny, the British actor and member of Hollywood's "British Colony." Here's his story, quite a guy!

Cool! . I think I spotted a Queen Mary kit around the 3 minute mark (by the boy's hip). But it could also be the SS United States. And any vehicle that's at least close to "correct" can be used in model railroading.
I found this interesting video featuring hobby shops from "Way back when." Not especially concerning model railroading but a fun watch just the same.
