I figured HE was going to show up!

Now, I think of THIS:

Probably one of the reasons lard cars crack me up.

Becky, I'll have to send you some picture of the lard car collection!

Aye, with "Puritan" above. It is a fabulous piece of rolling stock. I think I paid $60 for it. Northwoods and I were chatting about it a few months back.

That it is!  $60 is about what I paid for mine about 15 years ago, so it looks like they're holding their value well.

I'm a sucker for "Hams, Bacon and LARD " cars!  For some reason they crack me up.  Must be the lard part.

fife,

I'm happy to see that you got an Old Dutch box car.  I see that it is sitting on o gauge track.  Is it actually an S gauge car to go with the Flyer old time steamers?

Fine haul o' plunder there Cap'n!  Pirate

I've got one of those "Old Dutch Cleanser" cars myself.  Does your's have "Cudahy Hams, Bacon and Lard" on the flip side?

Let's see what Fifey got at YORK...

Wasn't going to buy any engines, but got this WEAVER Ultra Line C&O GP38 Dummy for $70. It had to come home with me, right?

Wasn't there 10 minutes and bought the ATLAS Trainman UP Bicentennial covered hopper, and later pulled the trigger on the MTHRRC B&LE 4-bay hopper.

Went "old school" with these 3 Lionel traditional cars. The LRRC 4th of July car is from 2003, and the B&LE and TCA boxcars date back to 1976.

Pickey up three "gotta haves", with the LCCA NP "Share In Freedom" Boxcar (2017), the ATLAS Old Dutch reefer, and the MTH 19th Century FGE reefer.

And also picked up a couple gifts with the new Lionel Beth Steel hopper, the ARMY speedboat flat, and the L&N TCA Museum boxcar (1999).
