The fan in my 3530 does not turn. I replaced the rubber washer to no avail. How do I get the fan to turn. Thanks

The drive washer must be inserted with it's fingers bointing down so they ride on the coil of the base. Perhaps post a photo or link to a video showing what is happening.

Does the rubber washer have fingers sticking up? A regular washer won't do. Also, you can score the metal disc on the fan bottom to improve it's grip.
