That is sad news.

I had the pleasure of spending the day with Jim and his wife, back in June '20. The occasion was the re-wheeling of C&O 1309, at Ridgeley Yard. And there wasn't a more enthusiastic fan of that endeavor then Mr. Wrinn. Such a gentleman.

Such a fine man.  He had been most helpful in working with me to get an article done for Trains.  Never met with him personally, but did have some phone conversations.  His enthusiasm for the industry was readily apparent.

Yes, I read Steven Otte's post on the "Trains" Forum this morning and left a condolance comment.

Mr. Jim was taken from us much too soon, 61 is no age at all.

My sincere sympathies to Mrs. Wrinn and the Kalmbach organization.
