My special winter project / kitbash

Over the winter I have been getting bored, but when I saw this pic of a homade articulated loco made out of two marx 333's, I made up my mind on what to do. http://us.f1.yahoofs.com/groups/g_90904/Articulated+Loco/marx+loco+3.jpg?bcvDx8BB5s.FOnFf

So, im going to do it with 2 scouts I picked up at a swap meet for $10 for both. I first decided the cuts with a marker, then took out my handy-dandy dremel tool and I started cutting. I took the whole boiler front up too the steps off of the first body, and that one will be the back. The second shell(whichwill be thefront) I cut the whole cab firebox off leavining the cylinders on. then you glue both of the boilers together. It is looking pretty good right now, and just to think I spent only $15

Here, this is a diagram on how to do it. I couldn't easily explain it in words. It looks crappy, you cant see the words on it, so just email me if you want to see the good, large version of it.

The cab idea looks pretty good! How do you plan to "articulate" (swivel)
the motors? They mount up tight in the shell with no room for sideways
movement. Keep us posted on this project! It has great potential.

It swivels on a screw in the back of the first drivers, the bolt goes to the pilot hole on the back motors bracket. The back motor does not swivel. Just email me and Illl sendyou the diagram of it, it explains it much better.
