A couple of weeks ago I posted my compliments about my new Lionel FT AA locomotives. I said they didn't pull much, and that the sound volume was low. Well, now that they are broken in, they pull better. Right now they are dragging 20 Atlas and MTH scale boxcars. THe sound is still low. At $150 per set, I'm thinking of buying another, so I can have 2 powered units and maybe more sound. What do you think?

If you are happy, go for it. Like you said, you would have two powered units.

Look for a volume pot, You can turn up the sounds even more.

Where has these sets for a deal?

Two power units, but thee do not have TMCC. They are on sale at almost all of the retailers who advertize in CTT
