Friday was a PITA with DCS but we were able to make it thru the day. Pretty good crowd at the museum with lots of kiddos.

L&N is first up, unfortunately my steam is in for repair so had to settle for a L&N GP7 to head up the passenger service.

CSX was busy with a doubleheader heading up a tank train, gotta somehow make up for the Keystone cancellation. Whistling

Beautiful work fife.

Next weekend there will be an open house at the Wisconsin Great Northern Railroad in Trego Wisconsin showcasing the restoration work completed so far on the Mark Twain Zephyr.  I will be there operating some of the Zephyr equipment from my American Flyer collection.  The photo below is from the October 2020 Open House showing Flyer's Pioneer Zephyr from 1934 and MTH's rendition of the Mark Twain Zephyr.

And as an added bonus (since everyone has been so good), here are the movie lobby pictures of Ernest and Lee from Emperor of the North, original and in glorious black and white. They were a belated birthday gift from the Middle Princess.

They are now in frames and hanging on the train room wall.

Here's a couple of shots of Ginger rolling through Hanging Rock (Romney, WV), on my Wappocomo and Allegany RR.
