The month of April had diesels occupying the layout. Here's a composite video of the action, including visitor's GP30 and GP38-3s.

Great video fife.  Your work is definitey magazine worthy.  Have you made a similar video with the steamers?

I've been working on gathering tinplate vehicles for the layout - for when I finally get around to building it.  These are all by Paya.

Last Friday's fun.

Northwoods - Yep, about a half dozen on YouTube. Usually under Lionel Layout Pop's Trains.

What scale are those classy looking vehicles in?

Dougnotta - Very patriotic. Nice stuff.

fife,

They look pretty good with Standard Gauge.  They are repros apparently of Paya wind up cars.  Prices are all over the place on ebay.  If you wait around and shop the whole list you can find them for $12 to $19.

Penny,

Wow do those photos look great.

Here is the red taxi next to an American Flyer Wide Gauge Steamer and a Bachmann G gauge Big Hauler EBT steamer for size comparison.

Northwoods - Looks perfectly mated to the AF steamer.

Penny - And those trolleys look perfect with the tinplate village.
