Lazzie - sometimes, replacing the rubber drive washer with those 3 canted "fingers" on it helps...what happens when you put the loco in neutral and bring the track voltage up?

I have a newer security car red and gray paint scheme. How can I get the light to revolve faster? I t goes very slow, is this the way it should rotate?
