Major, I'd sure look forward to meeting you if you can make it!
Again, I'll keep everyone informed, when I know something you'll all know something!
I sure hope so. I need a train show to attend!!! LOL
Some people brag about stupidity......
Major, I could say something but it would swerve into the political and we don't want that!
Anyway, my club, the Virginia Train Collectors, in co-operation with the River City 3-Railers, may, possibly, might have a TWO-day show on May 22-23 this year, God willin' and the creek don't rise.
I'll keep everyone informed.
I have been to numerous gun shows some even at the York fair grounds over the past year. Thousands of persons attending, ebow to elbow, many not wearing masks and there has been no outbreak of the chinese virus at any of them! Been to three of them this year already!
dlagrua What I do not understand is that I go to the supermarket on weekends and people there are wall to wall. Why should a train show be any different?
Why ask why? I can't figure it out either.
I'm with you, I do miss the train show festival atmosphere.
It is likely that we won't see many train shows until fall especially the ones in buildings run by the cities. I really miss them, not only for the buying side but for the meet ups with friends that I don't often see. What I do not understand is that I go to the supermarket on weekends and people there are wall to wall. Why should a train show be any different?
Yeah, no surprise there. The whole show scene's a wash for the next six months, maybe we'll see shows by summer.
Thanks Rene!
Here in Virginia our local club, the Virginia Train Collectors, might, might, have a show in late spring, then one in summer and another in the fall, but it's all tentative at this time, for an all-too-familiar reason.
