Sorry, I just checked. But since for some reason I can't type in the text box, I'll have to answer your question here. Pardon us for a moment.
My paper hellgate:
Over the years I collected images of bridge parts for sale on Ebay. The most useful was an image of a complete end tower which the seller/photographer had taken dead on with very minimal distortion. From that, and measurements of the #300 in guides, I was able to extrapolate the size of the tower. Another great photo provided me with a complete view of an unpainted arch which I was able to match up with the towers and print out at the correct scale. Other photos helped me create the other templates I need so I could transfer them to posterboard, cardstock and foamcore (inside the towers and the orange base).
I cut the plates out of thin brass and printed the info in black on clear inkjet decal paper. I made the handrail supports out of the same thin brass (thin enough to cut with scissors) but the handrail itself is just a dowell painted Testors gold. Unfortunately once I got done building it I recycled the templates.

Can you measure the distances between the wheel flanges? This is the gauge and it would tell us a lot.

I agree it does look to be HO brass locomotives. But without any other info the other forum would not be able to help either. Some of the brass collectors could lead you to resources.
Flintlock76 aboard! I realize that photo's all you've got, but with nothing to indicate scale or size it's hard to make a determination. Are they HO, S, or O gauge? Do you know for certain? Considering the amount of brass models I'm wondering if they're HO. If that's the case you may want to post your picture and question on the "Model Railroader" Forum.

I blew the picture up and believe I saw HO couplers on a couple
