I didn't know him personally, but I appreciated what he did for CTT while he worked on it.

My condolences. He went too young. Apparently, the damn covid has more bite than I thought it did. Neil was a real credit to the hobby.

Sigh Another loss of a very good man. This virus has now hit close to him twice in the last couple of months. My prayers go out for Neil, his family, and former associates.

Sorry to hear.  Sad news.  I know he will be missed by his family and work family.  Sad it had to be due to the pandamic.

Good evening all,

So sad to hear about Neil.  We worked together many times when I wrote articles for CTT "back in the day".  I always found his comments to be thoughtful and helpful.  He was a good person to be around.  My thoughts and prayers go out to his family.

Keep on training,

Mike C. from Indiana

Sad, sad news.  My condolances to Neils immediate family and to his Kalmbach family.  He was a real hero to the hobby.

COVID-19 certainly has a "face" for a lot of us now.

I'm saddened to inform everyone that Neil Besougloff, former editor of CTT, died yesterday from complications of COVID-19. All of us at Kalmbach are shocked and saddened by the news. We're working on a more formal obituary but wanted to share this news now.
