Looking for an Article in CTT on the Lionel Berk

IIRC (no guarantee), there was a short article years ago which made a good case that the Lionel Berk looke veyr much like a class of B&A Berks.  Does anyone remember that article--it may have been a sidebar to another piece--and can tell me which issue?
