Replacement Wide Gauge AF Wheels, which is better?

I appoligize in advance if this topic has been discussed in the past. Which replacement wheels for AF wide gauge electric engines are better quality? MTH or Model Engineering Works? If there is a link to an old discussion I'd appreciate it greatly.
