Back in November "thesiding" asked me to post the dates for any upcoming Virginia Train Collector train shows, and I said I'd let him (and everyone) know when I knew.

So, true to my word, here they are.

February 1st. At the Nansemond Academy, 3373 Pruden Blvd. Suffolk VA 23434

80-plus tables.

March 15th.  At the Bishop Ireton Center, 3300 Old Courthouse Rd. North Chesterfield VA 23236   70-plus tables.

July 18th.  At the Rivanna Firehall, 3501 Steamer Dr. Keswick (Charlottesville area) VA.  22947  90-plus tables.

All shows are $5.00 admission for adults, children under 12 free.  Free parking also.  Show times are 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM.

There will probably be another show in November 2020 but the date and location is tentative at this time.

Check the Virginia Train Collectors website https://www.vatraincollectors.com/   under "Events" for updates.

I think that pretty much says it all for now.  Feel free to ask me any questions.

Me too Becky!  I'm still looking for a Lionel 2035 "Blockbuster" like you've got!  Haven't found a good one yet, but you know, the thrill of the hunt's half the fun!

Odd thing is, the best of my finds always seem to find me!

Hope you're as lucky as I was at my local TCA show 2 weeks ago!  I found a near mint 6430 Cooper Jarrett car for thirty bucks!  Big Smile

Trains, trains, wonderful trains.  The more you get, the more you toot!  Big Smile

The Ashland show will be the last one for 2019.

The Virginia Train Collectors run four shows per year, in Suffolk, Chesterfield, Charlottesville, and Hanover (Ashland).

As show dates and locations become available I'll be more than happy to post them.
