Banked or stepped 2 rail wind up track??

I would like to see pictures of the actual track in question, since banked track was made by many different companies - I've seen it from Ives, AF, Hafner, and others.  If the ties are stepped instead of slanted, then it is most likely later Flyer track.  The earlier Flyer track was also banked, but the top of the tie was smooth and slanted, not stepped.  Incidentally, I've never seen an original Marx windup set with banked track, although I believe that some Joy Line windups came with banked track.

Not a test.  On one of the forums, it was posted as who made it, but I can’t find that old post.  I have enough for standard loop of 8 curve, and a few straights.

teledoc, based on an examination of the connector pins used on the track seen in the attached link, I'd guess the manufacturer to be Marx.

I would like to know who made this track, American Flyer or Marx?  I know it isn’t Lionel, or Hafner.
