You can try Hennings Trains in Lansdale PA.  215-362-2442.

They do pre- and post-war parts, the pre-war may be reproduction, I don't know if that's important to you or not.  Good people, I shop there when I'm in the area.

I looked at The Train Tender and didn't see the parts. Just Trains at 973-702-0545 indicates they have the parts. $$ though.

Does anyone know where could I find replacement parts for a Lionel prewar PRR 238E Torpedo 4-4-2? I need some valve gear for both sides.
