Lionel BNSF ET44C4 diesel locomotive out of the box.

Well after 16 months and 16 days My new Lionel BNSF Tier 4 RTR set shipped from Charles Ro supply and I got it today. I just pulled the Tier 4 ET44C4 diesel locomotive out to run but it was nice to see the cars that came with the set are scale cars but I just wanted a first look so I put it behind the consist I pull with the LionChief plus GP20. This engine is too light for it's size and needs some weight for larger consists but for a starter set not bad.

So the "Prodigal Pumpkin" finally showed up!  Congratulations!

But if I were you, I'd turn the volume down a bit.  If the wife hears a strange female voice coming up from the basement she might draw the wrong conclusions!

Speaking of which, I wish I had a basement that big...
