Greetings, does anybody know what the issue is with Lionels 21" Texas Special Aluminum Passenger Car window inserts (the green strips)? I just bought a used E-7 set with diesels and four cars. The diesel strips are falling off (and fogged) and all of the passenger cars are fogged (and some coming loose). I have purchased new window strips through Lionel but would like to know if their is anyway of preventing future "fogging". Thank you for your responses in-advance.
