It might have come from the 1948 Chicago Railroad Fair.

I found this pic on the web and this is the only pic of it, looks like it has been refurbished by its owner. Looks like a metal toy train or bibelot base on the design of Pennsy T1 duplex engine (The front end, the plow-shaped smokebox, portholes, separated drivers, wheel arrangement etc. all matched with T1s)

Do you think it is a product from the 1940s or just a replica? Is there any more background information about it if it is really an antique toy train or bibelot? Thank you very much!
