KW transformer whistle switch rivet removal

The rivet would have to be carefully drilled out. A new rivet would need to be inserted and peened over.

I have a Lionel KW transformer on which I need to repair a contact on the "B" side whistle switch. I need to remove the swtch to make the repair, but am not sure how to remove the switch rivet. Is anyone able to advise me as to how to remove the switch rivet? Thanks!
