Log loader Lionel 164

Hello, I'm new to this forum.  Uncoverd my childhood train set from the early 50's.  Trying to see what does and doesn't work.  On the 164 log loader it seems as if I'm missing the belt, I'm guessing since the gear is by itself.  Also, anyway of getting repair illustrations for Lionel attachments, etc.

There are 2 chains that transports the logs to the top. I could not find the service manual but here is a link to the parts list.
