Here are the best current instructions in my opinion for wiring a Girard station: https://dfarq.homeip.net/wire-a-marx-girard-station/

How to wire a Marx Girard station?

It has a whistle in it and two connectors outside it -If I attach a wire to each, where should I then run the wire? Can I connect it to a 153C or right to the track, or someplace else? Any help would be gratefully appreciated!
