Thanks Carl. We dealt with Joe, Joe III, and his team at York for many years. The Grzyboski booth is on the aisle next to us. He will be missed. Condolences to the family.

Regards, Roy

I met Mr. Grzyboski once when we visited his store in Scranton and Steamtown.  He was a nice man to talk to and had a nice store.   Our condolances to his family.

Joe was a good fellow and devoted family man. May he rest in peace and God comfort the Grzyboski family.

With sorrow we announce the passing of Joseph Grzyboski Jr., the owner of Grzyboski’s Train Store in Moosic, Pa., who died Wednesday, June 20th, after a long illness. The mail-order firm he established in 1977 rose to become one of the top Lionel dealerships in the U.S. In recent years Joe handed leadership of the business to his two sons, Jeremy and Joe III, making Grzyboski’s Train Store a successful example of a multi-generation hobby shop.
We are grateful to Joe for his dedicated promotion of model trains and for his longtime support of Classic Toy Trains magazine. The staff joins in extending condolences to Theresa, his wife of 43 years, their three children, and their three grandchildren.
Link to his obituary.
Carl
