Thanks!
I do not suffer from insanity...I enjoy every minute of it!!! Over 60 and still playing with toys!
Hi, all three are the steam whistle type.
#566 1951-55 light green base, dark green 1954, had the Santa FE PA with Steam loco on bridge in back ground
#568 1956, 4-8-4 steam loco on billboard
#577 before WWII, then 1946-50, four different billboards:
Ringling Bros and Barnum & Bailey TypeI die-cast frame, Type II pressed steel
G. Fox and Co.
American Flyer Trains
They also made a non-illuminated version 1950 #577NL
Hope this helps.

PS #762 Two in one Whistle
What is the difference between the American Flyer #566 , #568 and #577 whistle billboards?
Which one(s) emit a steam whistle sound?
