That custom painted "Commodore Vanderbilt" is unique, to say the least.
I wonder if when you push the "whistle" button on the transformer instead of a "woo-woo" sound you get "Heart of Gold?"
"...I've been in my mind, it's such a fine mind..."
When people like Neil Young and Richard Kuhn sell off collections they spent years putting together, it makes me wonder whether they have learned their time is limited.
well you don't get a two week notice you know......."Blance Bickerson"

Maybe, maybe not. None of know how much time we have left. Maybe we don't want to know.
It could be a case of Neil figuring he's had the stuff (or some of it) long enough and it's time to pass some of it on and put the money to some good use.

I'd prefer "Keep on rockin' in the free world". As long as it doesn't sing "four dead in Ohio".
Trains, trains, wonderful trains. The more you get, the more you toot!
Good evening all,
Got to agree with you there, Penny, on the song choice. Perhaps you get to the point where you do realize your time is limited and you would rather dispose of "stuff" rather than burden the survivors with it. Dad has been gone 6 years and there is still lots that I need to deal with so my kids do not have to fool with it. Lately I have started massively deleting items from my inventory that I know has NO meaning to anybody, not even to me. Some of it was profitable, some was charitable. All I know is that it is no longer here. I hope everyone has a good day.
Keep on training,
Mike C. from Indiana

"Rockin' In The Free World's" good too, and I agree on the "Ohio" song.
I remember those days all too well, and not with nostalgia.
