Hi Major,
Please contact me about Classic Toy Trains featuring your layout in the magazine. It looks terrific.

I have a 224 also. Very nice running engine. I read somewhere that the opening scene where the three girls come up to the edge of the tank was nothing more that a set made to look like the watertank and that the actresses simply walked up to the edge and grabbed their dresses and walked off. It was the great skinny dipping scene that never was.
The backdrop is a Gilbert American Flyer uncataloged item #790 Trainorama from 1953. The one I have is an original but I have seen reproductions also at the TCA York show.
Major.........nice layout. I like the backdrops. What are they?
Frank......... Love the Petticoat Junction scene

When I was at the TCA show at York last week I saw some great looking autumn trees at Senic Express. They really added some color to my layout.
