It was a dark and stormy night...

 

After cutting the power by use of an E.M.P. device, the Daleks stopped all rail traffic and herded the populace away...

Then they awaited the arrival of their arch nemesis....

Penny, I was just going to ask how you got the Daleks to glow like that - did you have to paint or tape them or did they do that just with the black light?

It's because they're made out of cardstock.  Here they are in normal sunlight:
