They are Key wind/Clockwork. The keys came with it even. but the part you put the keys on is rounded so can't wind them, but I bought them for display anyway not to use.

Haven't gotten them in yet. once I do will let you know. But to me even if they do not work I like them as there so old. Only thing said about them is that they have rubber tires. Looks metal to me but who knows.
