OK, I know you folks with transformer wiring experience, (I'm new at it), are going to think this post is lame but here goes anyway. I am going to use a Bussmann UCB-6 to replace the circuit breaker duties on my #1033. I know that one wire is desoldered from the existing circuit breaker on the transformer and soldered to the new breaker but where does the other wire attach to the transformer? Thanks for your patience. Steve
The second connection to the old circuit breaker is the B terminal itself, which is riveted, under the wiring board, to a brass strip that is part of the circuit breaker's frame. There is no need to take that loose, since removing the wire on top effectively removes the old breaker from the circuit (but you can if you want to--I wouldn't).
So the new circuit breaker connects to the wire that you removed and to the B terminal. But don't disconnect the wire that is already soldered to the B terminal.

Thanks Bob, It is always good to hear from knowledgable train folks for help on a subject that I am just learning. I checked with our local Auto Zone store but they did not have the UCB-6. The smallest they had was 10 amp. Amazon had them so I ordered a couple and will let you know how it goes when I get them. Thanks again. steve
