-20 is just the part number for the box.

confounded fingers, I meant 736 it is a 736 steamer. It is stamped 736 on side of cab.

Not sure but the box is not for your 726. They stopped production of them in 1950 acording to this.

Hello everyone, I have a 736 Berkshire Steam Loco and was looking at the box. It is stamped 736 on end flap and on the side panel it is stamped 7-54 (build date?) and below that stamped 736-20. What does the 20 mean? Thanks everyone. Merry Christmas!!!
