Please Help Identify This Diner Accessory with Pepsi Signs

I spotted this diner accessory watching an awesome YouTube video of Ron Stevenson's train layout...

My Dad worked for Pepsi Cola for over 35 years and I have lots of Pepsi stuff and a few Pepsi cars on my o-gauge train layout... looking to add some more.

Can anyone provide some information on this diner accessory, make, model #, etc ?

That building would be a Mini-Craft, which may or may not have been made for American Flyer.  It would date to the post-WWII era.  Not sure of the number.

Town and Country hobbies was selling very similar new production buildings not all that long ago. I don't know whether they still do. Maybe they have something you'd like.

I did not read your post fully and only noted later that you indicated you saw the building on Ron Stevenson's layout.  I know Ron and have been to his house.  He has an awesome layout.

I finally found an American Flyer #271 set on ebay that I could afford and managed to buy.

I went to the Greenberg Train Show In Monroeville in February, and one vendor had a set in the original box that was priced way to high for me.

Anyways, I added the set to my train layout, and made some custom Pepsi signs with some "vintage" unused Pepsi bottle caps... I made the sign stands from basic hardware bolts, nuts, washers, epoxy, and International Red Rustoleum paint that I had handy... the caps are held on by magnets.
