When operation left throttle control lever utilizing posts (U-D), just the slightest movement or touch creates a momentary power disruption. Rotating lever slightly or tapping it restores power, unless I rotate it again. Not sure where problem lies internally. Could it be lose connection. Have not removed case to check. Any suggestions welcome. Thanks
Probably needs new rollers. They are available.
But you won't know until you look.

Thanks. However rollers were replaced in April of this year. But I'll double check.
A couple of things; first are you sure the rollers were replaced correctly? Second the contact area for the rollers could be dirty and needs cleaning or the plates holding the rollers is not spaced correctly.

It's a very simple design and easy to troubleshoot. Unplug the transformer and see whats going on under the hood. It sounds like the roller is not making good contact.
Thanks guys. I'll open her up this weekend to see what gives. Rollers may not have been replaced correctly by repair shop. Then again could be a little gremling in there. Will advise.
