Look at Woodland Scenics Welders and accessories figures #A2748 And maybe you can figure out a way to outfit them with scuba gear? Huh?

Well, if you want vintage divers, the 28mm Wargaming figures on this page work well in S scale and look "right" with Plasticville figures.

I second Fife's reference to pet stores - Yesterday I spotted a few deep-sea divers that were a bit oversized but could be customized as a welder at our local Petco.
