FYI:
I fixed the problem. The rod moving the cart was bent up; preventing the wheels from properly touching the platform.
I recently bought a used one. It is in very good condition.
I cannot get the cart to consistently turn around. I have lubricated the wheels etc.
Any ideas what's wrong.
