A 94 year old still driving, and in a convertible yet?  God bless 'im, and good for him!

Reminds me of a joke...

A young woman gets back to her apartment after a night on the town, and her room-mate asks "How'd your blind date go?"

"Lousy, it was all downhill after he picked me up in a '57 Chevy!"

"What's wrong with that?  It sounds like fun!"

"He was the original owner!"

The historical society in the town just north of me had a dedication for their railroad library yesterday.  They invited me to display and run some trains. I gladly took the opportunity.

I ran pre war American Flyer (of course Wink), Lionel, Ives, and Marx trains.

I had a great time and chatted with some very nice folks of all ages, including a 94 year old who got his first electric train when he was 70 and is still running trains.  He even drove himself to the dedication in his own convertable.
