Jim,

Thanks for starting SPF again this week.  I always enjoy seeing photos of your S gauge layout.  As you know I had S gauge as a child and that is where my collecting hobby began.  While I am focused on the Prewar era of Flyer's production now I still have all of the S gauge equipment as a part of the Northwoods Flyer Collection.

Since I spent Saturday chasing the real 611, I thought it was fitting to break out the 746 & run my own excursions on the layout on Sunday -

She's gorgeous!  What a lucky man you are!

And I'm not talkin' about the 746!

And if it's true that "young women always marry their fathers" I suspect any future suitor had better be a railfan/ steam freak/ toy train nut or he's out of luck!

Thank you. She looks just like my wife, so I can't claim anything for that :) The 746 isn't bad either!   I'd be happy if she brings a train man around when she starts dating :)
