I've used a small nut and bolt so you can adjust the tightness of the bell to adjust the tone

795 is the Union Terminal, you probably mean 759; as far as fixing the bell, it is held on with a rivet. Grind off and punch out the rivet, then replace the bell. You can get a donor bell from a similar acessory off ebay sometimes cheaper than a replacement from a parts store. Very common accesory so you should be able to find the part you need.

I have an American Flyer 795 crossing signal with a bell. The bell is cracked what can I replace it with and how would I do that thanks
