I hate to seem like such a newb, but I've never really worked with electronics before (other than connecting power to track and accessories).
The article has a list of the electronics used in the "Bill Of Materials" box on page 70. The article also mentions the MTH no. 30-90047 elevated station platform is used. However, it doesn't mention anything about the forklift. Who makes it? At first I thought it was from either the K-Line Barrel Loader or the American Flyer Oil Drum Loader. After comparing it to both, I found it was neither. Also, how is the servo control arm link attached to it? How is the conductor attached to the other one? Is the barrel glued to the forklift?
Is this the wrong place to post a message for questions about the content of Classic Toy Trains? Should I have checked the name of the person who wrote the article to try to send him/her a direct personal message?
Any ideas?
