Wow, that looks great, Buckeye. I've always liked the Monon. It would make a good layout.

Marxalot....I did not know that. Thanks for the info.  Are they going to the Amtrak shops on the south side of Indy?

Buckeye, Pretty nice. You know the NMRA Convention is in Indianapolis next July. One of the bus tours goes up to Monon and to the museum/restaurant there. Hopefully there will be enough folks signed up but I think that tour will fill up quick. Shoot, if nobody else goes the Hoosiers from Indiana themselves will. later.............8-)

I have been working on this project off and on and finally have it altogether and running.  I started with a Williams NW-2 Monon Switcher and added ERR Cruise Commander to make it TMCC/Legacy compatible. Short bar coil couplers were added to each end.  A 5mm LED flashing light was added to the roof after carefully drilling a hole and two cool white 5mm LED lights for added for the headlights. I buy my LEDs from Evan Designs because they are simple to install.  I still have room for a sound card as soon as I order the correct connector from ERR.  So this is how it runs so far:
