The car is a PW #3464. The Train Tender has all the parts for the mechanism. You will need to remove the rivet from the cam lever to gain clearance to install the trigger housing components. The new rivet can be gently peened over, or use a rivet set to install it.

Have a vintage 63132 Boxcar and the armature, armature housing, spring, etc is missing.  How difficult is it to replace this mechanism with out removing the rivets.  Can it be done?

Thanks in advance......
