Thanks Ben,
I never even thought of reprograming it. I just went down the basement and reprogramed it and it now works like a charm. Boy you guys really know your stuff!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Again Thanks,

It should blow in a steady stream. If it doesn't, I can think of two possible problems. One is that, if you are running in conventional mode, the smoke will come out in puffs while in neutral.

The other is that it was programmed from the factory as having a strobe light rather than a smoke unit, and the R2LC is pulsing the smoke unit on and off like a strobe light rather than a steady stream like a smoke unit. To remedy this, if you have TMCC, set the PGRM-RUN switch to run, and enter the following key seqence
[ENG]
[X][X]
[Set](horn should blow)
[AUX 1]
[8]
Then slide the switch back to run, and it should be ready to go.

Does anyone know if the RS-11 Northern Pacific that was released last year if the smoke should puff like a steam engine or should it blow up like a fan drive?
The one I have puffs up like a Steamer can I fix this problem?
Thanks for the help!
