Okay, I'm not scared.  Let's see if I get a nasty letter.  Yes there is approximately 200 feet of track under the control of Lionel TMCC.

Now I know I'm going to jail because my photo has a CTT Boxcar.  Put the cuffs on Chief.

Hi Bob;

I am worried about the copyright policy. I would be adding a track plan in my posting as part of a question I was going to ask (1 picture = 1,000 words :-) ) that was created usng RR-Tracks software. I'd be adding a picture to a web site that anyone could access and use/copy the image. I really like this forum and I don't want to get myself into bind and be banished from this forum. Just trying to keep in compliance with this forum's policies.

What policy do you think it would violate? I believe we've had readers post track plans before.

from my understanding as long as you didn't try to avertise it or sell it yes you can but it would be in a post like sunday photo fun. basically from my understand if you post it as a pic of your layout with out any comment where you can get it/buy it yes

A question regarding Forum Policies....

I am a licensed user of the RR-Track layout planning software. Would posting a "clipped" picture of my layout plan from RR-Track's 3D Viewer (which is a module available from within the RR-Track software) constitute a breaking of this Forum's policies? I'd like to know before posting anything directly to this forum.

Thanks!
