Here's where that piece came from:
Rob
Bummer sorry to see that. But who would even pay $25 for that, it's a shame what happened really is.
I wouldn't give anything for this thing. There is no guarantee that any parts are useful. It has obviously been very hot. Also, at the price he is asking, I expected to see some gold plating, and I didn't see any.

I saw them also but the price on the one I showed was what I was getting at the boxcar well little high but bet he gets it shoved back to him thur a complaint to ebay about not disclosing smoke damage he not telling about the fire " his comment " crack across roof at the doors Other then that the rest is fine." and it does look fine but he is being very misleading.

Pay 11.59 for it maybe
E-bay is always looking for the new sucker born every minute. A lot of nerve to even try to list it. But then if you would think of bidding on it then that is why they have the nerve to list it.

That is very curious. Assuming you owned one of the Lionel Reactor accessories I could see spending maybe ten cents to get the engine and use it as a gag visual by parking it next to the reactor along with a group of MOW people in radiation suits but that's about the only thing I can think of doing with it ( other than just tossing it out, of course).
Wow! The price of paperweights has really skyrocketed!
