I would first check that the accessory is getting enough voltage to it.

Then study it closely for any visible little burrs.

Then I'd call MTH customer service.

30-9022 RAILKING #334 DISPATCHING BOARD
Posted by Hotrod on Wednesday, February 11, 2015 3:32 PM

I bought a new MTH Dispatching Board and am having a problem with the top "blind" not fully rotating with the ones below it. With it not moving correctly 360 degrees, it holds up the others as well as the little mans movement. If I give it a push, it behaves but only for that rotation, then the same problem. Not sure if I should oil or lube it and worse how to access that one blind. I wrote to MTH's service department weeks ago, but have not heard back so thought someone may have had the same problem and fix. Thanks, Rod
