Since it is newly purchased, return it to the dealer for an exchange. Check the new one in the store to make sure it operates correctly before leaving.

I just bought a new #334 dispatch board accessory and am having an issue with it. The man moves as supposed to and the train schedules flip but get stuck toward the end of the path. If I give the top flap a gentle push, it works. I'm a little handy and thought I'd look inside but am concerned about the best means of seeing what's creating the hesitation. Should I provide some grease or oil; but if so what's the best way of getting to that part of the mechanism. This isn't covered by the simple operating page. Thanks, Rod
