K-Line Boston and Maine Berkshire

Does anyone know about the Boston and Maine Berkshire? Is the new cruise control as good as Lionels odyessy? Is this worth the price? I'm thinking of getting one but would like to know a little about it? It sure is an ugly front as far as steamers go. Thanks,
