I'm wondering if maybe Lehigh Valley as they show that engine next page. The cars do appear to be a silver roof. Now for red there can be a lot of things one different cameras and different lighting professional against amateur ( me ) . But I do agree it does appear they are different road names. But I do believe they are railking as to my knowledge there the only ones with green trucks.

Thanks for the pictures and replies but the ones in CTT look "red" whereas the PRR ones pictured above are PRR Tuscan - and the roof colors don't look the same.
They certainly do look a lot like MTH "Rail King" cars. Check with some of the bigger MTH dealers like Sidetrack Hobbies of Leonardtown MD, Roundhouse South of Port Orange FL or Trainworld / Trainland, all CTT advertisers. They may have some on hand.
Also, the MTH website has a product locator tab where you can enter what it is you're looking for and the website will find it, at least where some were shipped to at any rate.
And if they're all gone, be patient. all of Mikes stuff seems to come back again sooner or later.
They pop up on ebay from time to time
They look like mine which are Pennsylvania semi scale 60' By railKing

On pgs. 38 and 39 of the Oct. CTT Steve Nelson's layout is featured and there are red passenger cars with green trucks - and I can't tell the roadname or manufacturer, anyone know? I would love to get them for a Christmas train, assuming their even made anymore.
